  • 5-10 hours per week; Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-5:00 pm


        Assist with ebook cataloging using vendor batchload processes:
        • Retrieve records from OCLC WorldShare knowledge base and other sources
        • Review data and batch edit records using MARCedit software
        • Load records into Alma library system
        • Troubleshoot record problems using Alma, Primo (UW Libraries Search) and OCLC

              Required Qualifications:

                      • Strong language skills (written and verbal)
                      • Ability to perform very detailed routine work with accuracy
                      • Good working habits
                      • Flexibility in scheduling
                              Desired Qualifications:
                                  • Prior library work experience
                                  • Prior course work in the Information School or other library program
                                  • Familiarity with MARC format
                                  • Able to work at least 3 consecutive quarters and summer
