OUGL work day and hours:  Sun, 11:30am to 3:00am; Mon-Thurs, 5:00am to 3:00am; Fri, 5:00am to 8:00pm; Sat, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Weekly hours / schedule: 10.0 (minimum to work) to 19.5 (maximum allowed)

OUGL work day and hours:  Sun, 11:30am to 3:00am; Mon-Thurs, 5:00am to 3:00am; Fri, 5:00am to 8:00pm; Sat, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Start Date: 23 September, 2013


    • Staff the Information, Entry and Writing and Research Center desks
    • Shelves and shifts library materials
    • Performs basic circulation processing tasks
    • Inventories the collection, searches for missing volumes, and retrieves library materials
    • Does routine filing in alphabetical or numerical files
    • May assist in opening and closing OUGL
    • May assist with ID checks and security walk-throughs
    • Other duties as required


      Required Qualifications:


          • Excellent attendance
          • Detail-oriented
          • Customer service experience
          • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
          • Conversational fluency in English

            Desired Qualifications:

              • Previous library experience

                Other Details:

                • Required to give availability to work one or more of the following shifts: Sat AND Sun; overnight from 10:00pm to 3:00am; early morning from 5:00am to 8:00/9:00am
                • Required to work on holidays OUGL is open and during finals week
                • Must attend both evening training sessions on Mon, Sept. 23 and Tues, Sept. 24
                • Able to work two consecutive quarters
