In the Libraries catalog you may see the location "Request from Natural Sciences Storage, Nat Sci Alternate Storage or Natural
Sciences Temporary Storage." These locations are in a non-public access shelving facility. To request an item, do one of the following:
On-Campus (instructions apply to those with, or without, a UW Libraries card) :
Go to the Natural Sciences Library Reference Desk, on the Ground Floor of Allen Library South,
and ask the librarian to retrieve the item

Off-Campus WITHOUT a current UW Libraries card:
Call Natural Sciences Circulation at (206) 543-1243 and staff will arrange to retrieve the item at the times specified in the table below. The only pick-up location allowed
is the Natural Sciences Library, Remember that library materials cannot be checked out without a UW Libraries card.
Off-Campus with a current UW Libraries card:
Find your item in the Libraries Catalog and then use the "request" button. The item will be retrieved at the times specified in the table below.
(If you choose a pick-up location other than Natural Sciences Circulation, you will be sent a notice when the item is available.)
