1. September 1, 2009: Web site open for applications
2. Monday, May 3, 2010: Lunch for evaluators in the Petersen Room, Allen Library
3. Monday, May 17, 2010 @ 5pm: Deadline for applications
4. Tuesday, May 18 - Tuesday, May 24, 2010: First round of reading applications
5. Wednesday, May 25 - Wednesday, June 2, 2010: Second round of reading applications (May 31 is Memorial Day)
6. Thursday, June 3, 2010: Noontime meeting to select winners
7. Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 12:30pm: Reception in the Petersen Room, Allen Library
