What does a Map Librarian do?

I provide reference, research consultation, and user education services for traditional cartographic materials (paper maps, aerial photos, atlases, etc.) to a diverse array of academic departments. My other responsibilities include collection development of cartographic materials and cataloging of paper maps.

What does an Earth and Space Sciences Librarian do?

I support the research and teaching needs of the Earth and Space Sciences Department. This includes buying materials (books, journals, and more), helping students and faculty with their research, and instructing students in research methods.
