$17.57  per hour

Hours:

10-18 per week

Flexible within 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Duties:

  • Assist with digital and creative content development.
  • Assist with planning, production and content creation and for a wide variety of marketing projects (videos, one pagers, brochures, etc.).
  • Assist with photo and video editing/production for donor stewardship projects.
  • Assist with virtual engagement events.
  • Other duties may be assigned as directed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere preferred)
  • Excellent research skills & basic knowledge of creative copyright
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficient in or willing to learn digital creative tools: Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, video editing tools.
  • Ability to work with Libraries and other campus staff/students in a professional manner in a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to ask for help and accept supervision and evaluation of your work.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and be solutions-oriented.
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior public relations or marketing experience with a group, non-profit or business is preferred, but not required.
  • Some Video editing experience.
  • Some experience writing or contributing to blogs is preferred, but not required.
