Reservations
Reservation Policy
- During academic quarters, OUGL 102 is exclusively used for instruction sessions and workshops led by the UW Libraries and Learning Technologies.
- The space will not be assigned for course sessions with the exception of workshops that are led by the UW Libraries or Learning Technologies. Visit their websites to learn more about these workshops and request one for your class (if applicable).
- UW Departmental requests for non-course usage (i.e. as a training space with computers) will be considered during breaks in the academic calendar only.
- These requests may be made in advance at any time, but requested sessions must occur during the planned building hours for breaks—check hours here.
- Requests are made using the request form below and are subject to a fee of $30/hour.
- Use of hardware and licensed software is restricted to the UW community (current UW students, faculty, and staff); no outside requests will be accepted.
Room Availability and Reservation Requests
Event reservations are accepted only during breaks in the academic calendar and within Odegaard Library's open hours. Refer to the reservation policy for more information.
