Friends of the Libraries Student Video Contest

The UW Libraries connect students and researchers with knowledge by continuously striving to be as user-centered, collaborative, equitable, creative and sustainable as possible. These values are at the center of our work and help us envision what the Libraries will become.

Show your own creativity and collaboration by creating a short video about what one of these values means to you. Open to all UW students, no prior video creation experience is required.

This contest is possible thanks to a Friends of the Libraries Award.

  • One minute or less in length
  • Must be original content, not containing commercial music

    • Submit personal release forms for any additional students featured in the video
